902 Professional Level License
To qualify for a 902 Instructional Library Media Specialist license at the Professional level, an applicant must:
- have held an Initial Library Media Specialist license for at least three years
- complete a master's degree or the equivalent in an approved program
Competencies for both levels of license can be found at the DPI website. This license is available through each campus's traditional on-campus program or through six courses in the UWSSLEC program.
